ব্যাংকে টাকা জমা বা তোলার শেষ সময় ৩টা! নতুন নিয়মে কি হবে?

রোজকার জীবনযাত্রায় বড় পরিবর্তন আনছে নতুন সময়সূচি! এবার থেকে ব্যাংকে টাকা জমা বা তোলার জন্য হাতে পাবেন মাত্র ৫ ঘণ্টা। রোববার থেকে কার্যকর হতে যাওয়া নতুন নিয়মে গ্রাহকদের সকাল ১০টা থেকে বিকেল ৩টা পর্যন্ত লেনদেন করার সুযোগ থাকবে। আগে যেখানে বিকেল ৪টা পর্যন্ত লেনদেন করা যেত, সেখানে এখন প্রায় এক ঘণ্টা সময় কমে গেছে।

In a circular issued by the Bangladesh Bank’s Supervisory Data Management and Analytics Department (SDAD), it was stated that bank office hours will be from 10 am to 5 pm, but transactions will be conducted from 10 am to 3 pm. Fridays and Saturdays will be weekly holidays. This new schedule will be effective from April 5th. However, bank branches in seaport, land port, and airport areas will remain open at their demand-based timings, according to the notification. Previously, bank office hours in the country were from 10 am to 6 pm.

The government has reduced office hours by one hour, from 9 am to 4 pm, to save electricity and fuel. This decision by the government has led to changes in bank hours.
